BACK TO FARM ,THE WAY FORWARD!!!!!!!!!!

Personally  i think it is a very simple solution to a very smple problem Government  may not give out free equipments or cash to farmers,if well managed  government may not even loose money at all.The private sector would steer the entire activity,but government would have to first initiate the partnership .look at this way if Dangote invest #10 and earns #100 from Agriculture then that understandable,he is a bussinessman.Government can initiate a partnership(not with the capitalists,but with the medium scale to small scale farmers )and invest the same #10 with the potential of making #90 profit but only end up making #40 profit while the rest goes to supporting the medium and small scale farmers to improve their agricultural activites while government carefully withdraw its influence.This bring us to the HOW,the WHAT and the WHY?
